Parameters

value  NullablePCl
The value to which all the flags set in flags are added.
flags  PCl
A single PCl value or a combination of several PCl values.

Return Value

NullablePCl
A value, which has all flags set that are set in value and flags. If value is null, flags is returned.

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type NullablePCl. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter. For more information, see Extension Methods (Visual Basic) or Extension Methods (C# Programming Guide).
