Converts the content of a StringBuilder starting with startIndex into lowercase letters and uses the rules of the invariant culture.

Parameters

builder  StringBuilder
The StringBuilder whose content is changed.
startIndex  Int32
The zero-based index in builder at which the conversion starts.

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type StringBuilder. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter. For more information, see Extension Methods (Visual Basic) or Extension Methods (C# Programming Guide).

Exceptions

ArgumentNullExceptionbuilder is null.
