s String: The String to search.
value Char: The Unicode character to search for.
comparisonType StringComparison: An enumeration value that specifies the rules for the comparison.

true if value has been found, false otherwise.

Usage Note

Exceptions

NullReferenceException	s is null.
ArgumentException	comparisonType is not a defined value of the StringComparison enum.
