SpanPolyfillExtensionLastIndexOf(Span`1Char, String, StringComparison) Method

Specifies the zero-based index of the last occurrence of a specified string in span. A parameter specifies the type of search for the specified string.

Parameters

span SpanChar: The span to search.
value String: The String to search for, or null.
comparisonType StringComparison: One of the enumeration values that specifies the rules for the comparison.

Return Value

Int32
The zero-based index of value if that string is found, or -1 if it is not.

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type SpanChar. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter. For more information, see Extension Methods (Visual Basic) or Extension Methods (C# Programming Guide).
